Lyft

Brand Campaign: Driving You Happy

Lyft is not just a ride. It is like having a friend with a car who is warm, human, and always ready to help you get where you are going. For Lyft’s first national campaign, we brought that spirit to life across OOH with fast, scrappy execution and a simple, joyful design system.

Lyft was known but not well understood. With ridesharing getting crowded, the brand needed to define what made it different and introduce itself with a clear, memorable personality, all on a tiny budget and fast timeline.

While other rideshare brands felt transactional, Lyft stood out as friendly and human. Riders saw drivers as real people, giving the brand a unique warmth that felt like a friend picking you up.

To express the campaign simply and efficiently, we turned the Lyft logo into playful A to B pathways and built a bright illustration system around it. This approach let us tell the story quickly, scale it across OOH and digital, and give Driving You Happy a look that felt unique to Lyft.
